Who we are.

NorthKite is run by Nima Goudarzi, an individual, until a company is formed. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect.

Your email address. If you tap them: your role (what describes you), where your idea is, and whether we may contact you for an interview call. We don't ask you to describe your idea. Earlier sign-ups may also have given a short description of their idea, how many ideas they try and the tools they use; we keep those answers until you ask us to delete them. We also store the country your request came from, the date, and how you found us (for example a link's campaign tag). We don't store your IP address.

Why.

To invite you to the private beta, to send a few product updates, to plan what we build, and, if you agreed, to ask you for an interview. Our legal basis is your consent.

Who processes it.

Cloudflare (hosting, database, bot protection, cookie-free visit statistics and the email that tells us you joined). We don't sell or share your data with anyone else. We don't use advertising trackers.

How long.

Until the beta invites are done and for 12 months after, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies.

This site sets no cookies for visitors. The admin area uses one sign-in cookie for the owner only.

Changes.

If this notice changes, we update the date above, and we email you if the change matters.
